CARROT FIRST HARVEST An early variety for cultivation in the field and in greenhouses. It develops slightly conical roots, 11 to 13 cm long. The flesh of the root is orange, juicy and delicious. Recommended to eaten raw or cooked right after the harvest, juice pressing and salad. CARROTTE PRIMEUR Variété végétale précoce, à cultiver en plein champ et sous abri. Racines légèrement coniques de 11-13 cm de long. Chair orange, juteuse et savoureuse. Recommandée pour la consommation directe, pour les jus et salades.
