Old cocktail-type variety producing small yellow fruits weighing 45 to 75g, elongated and forming large clusters. Tomato with a mild flavor and few seeds, ideal for summer salads. Sow at 5mm depth in pots, under a greenhouse or indoors near a window to maintain a temperature around 20°C. Transplant after the last frost, leaving about 80cm between plants. Tomatoes are self-pollinating and rarely cross-pollinate. Select ripe tomatoes from a healthy plant. Collect the pulp and seeds in a glass, add a little water and let ferment for 4–5 days. Strain using a sieve and let dry on a tray.
