Variété héritage originaire des montagnes noires du Kentucky. Grosse tomate rose, aplatie et côtelée, pouvant dépasser 1 kg. Chair de bœuf dense, marbrée de grenat, au goût exceptionnel. Conseils de culture Semis en godet au chaud (15–20°C), en surface. Repiquer 1 à 3 fois avant plantation en avril, espacée de 80 cm. Planter jusqu’aux premières feuilles. Arroser abondamment à la reprise.
